CANCELLATION POLICY

As a general Hotel Ninays rule a credit or debit card number is necessary to guaranty your reservation. There will be no charge for bookings cancelled before 10.00 am 2 days prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled after the established date, there will be a charge of one night. During the months of July and August one night pre payment is required at the moment of booking. The pre payment is non refundable in the event of cancellation or no show.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date.
